Qualifications

Experience

At least 3-5 years of experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of general HR practices.

Proven experience in recruiting, payroll, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
Skills

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices.

Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
